Food Safety Certification Training
State Center Consortium is providing a seminar for Home Economics and Culinary Arts Teachers. The 1-day workshop will include extensive nationally accredited training on food safety education. Sample tests will be given to participants in preparation for the Certified Protection Food Manager (CPFM) to be administered at the end of the day.
A working breakfast and lunch will be provided.
